From the top of Grouse Mountain looking down on the city, to the walking and hiking trails of Stanley Park, to one of the many beaches, Vancouver is a great city to explore. If you are visiting Vancouver during the last two weeks of August the Pacific National Exibition (PNE) is a great time for the whole family. Maybe you are choosing to visit during the hockey season, in which case you can always catch a Canucks game at GM Place. For those who enjoy shopping at premire fashion boutiques, fine dining, or just "people watching" there is no better place then Robson Street. For anyone wanting a look at historic Vancouver complete with Victorian architecture and cobble-stone streets Gastown is a definite must. Looking for culture? Vancouver's Chinatown, the largest in Canada, is a good place to look. The Night Market, styled after markets in Asia where shopping is more personal, localized and bartering is expected happens every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night from June until September.
